You Sold the Big Idea. We Make the Activation Part Bulletproof.
If you produce experiential campaigns, you already know the risk profile of an activation vendor. The creative has to match a brand book that took three rounds of legal to approve. The crew has to function inside your run-of-show, not around it. And if the experience underdelivers, it's your agency's name in the client postmortem, not the vendor's.
That's the job we've been doing for 15+ years. Action Flipbooks is the activation partner behind 500+ premium productions, including work for Disney, Google, Netflix, Marvel, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Adobe, and Sony PlayStation, much of it alongside the agencies and production teams running those programs. We know what a brand standards document is. We know what load-in at a union venue looks like. We know the difference between a vendor and a partner is who's still calm at 4pm when the floor plan changes.
What You Can Promise Your Client
- Creative that matches the campaign. Custom flipbook covers, green screen worlds, branded overlays, and delivery screens, designed in-house from your brief and proofed for approval before the event. Nothing guest-facing says us; everything says the brand.
- Content that travels. Up to 50 to 70% of guests share what they make, every piece carrying the campaign into personal feeds. After the event you get the full content library and the engagement numbers for the recap deck.
- Lead capture built into the fun. Digital delivery doubles as opted-in data collection when the program calls for it.
- A crew you don't have to manage. A trained team led by experienced crew leads that arrives early, runs its own station, and folds into your production schedule, with staffing structured to fit the program, including white-label setups.
- Paperwork before you ask. COIs, venue compliance, union protocols. Handled.
The Formats
Our flagship flipbook studio (15+ years of it, with green screen worlds we film ourselves) puts a printed, campaign-covered keepsake into every guest's hands in about 90 seconds. Green screen video drops guests inside the campaign itself: trailers, product spots, branded worlds, composited live at broadcast quality. The AI-powered 360 booth is the social engine, and brand-trained AI photo experiences turn every guest into campaign creative. SpotMyPhotos roaming photography ties the whole footprint together with private, real-time guest galleries. Run one or combine them; we'll spec the mix to the traffic you're expecting.
Multi-City? That's Our Favorite Kind of Program.
Tours are where activation partners usually crack: different subcontractors in every market, inconsistent output, and a client asking why Dallas looked worse than Chicago. We run tours with our own crew and our own equipment at every stop, so the experience is identical in every market. One point of contact, one standard, travel priced into the quote. Read more about how we run multi-city tours.
How Engagements Usually Start
Usually one of two ways. Either you have an RFP or pitch in motion and need a credible activation spec with numbers fast, or you've won the work and need the activation locked so you can move on to the next fire. Either way, send the brief: date, city or cities, expected traffic, and the experience you're imagining. We'll come back with a configuration, throughput math (one flipbook studio produces up to 70 books per hour, 120 with a parallel cutting station, and we scale with stations), and a quote you can put in front of your client.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, agencies are a core part of our business. We slot into your production as the activation vendor: you own the client relationship and the creative direction, we build and run the photo and video experience to your brief. We are comfortable working from agency briefs, brand guidelines, and run-of-show documents, and we communicate the way production teams expect.
Yes. Every guest-facing element carries the brand and campaign, not us: covers, backgrounds, overlays, delivery screens, and galleries. Discreet, white-label-style delivery is available, so the experience reads as part of your production.
Fast. Send the brief with the date, city, expected traffic, and the activation format you are pitching, and we will return a quote and configuration you can drop into your proposal. We are used to agency timelines, including the ones that land on a Friday afternoon.
Yes. Multi-city tours are one of the things we are built for. The same creative, the same equipment standard, and our own crew at every stop, so the activation at stop twelve looks exactly like it did at stop one. Travel is included in the quote with no separate line items.
Clips or photos created, delivery numbers, share activity, and the full content library, packaged so you can drop the results into your client recap. The delivery flow also captures opted-in contact data when lead capture is part of the program.
