Booking Should Be the Easy Part
You're about to hand part of your event to an outside company, so here's exactly who you'd be working with: a team with 15+ years and 500+ premium activations behind it, trusted by Disney, Google, Netflix, Marvel, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Adobe, and Sony PlayStation. Our own W-2 crew runs every event, design happens in-house, and we carry the insurance your venue will ask about before you have to think of it.
Here's How It Goes
- Send us the basics. Date, city, guest count, and the kind of event. The form below takes about a minute.
- We come back with a plan. Availability for your date, a recommended setup for your room and headcount, and a custom quote with travel already included. A real person, not an autoresponder.
- You say go, and we take it from there. Design proofs, venue coordination, insurance certificates, setup, the event itself, and everything we deliver after. You go back to the rest of your checklist.
Worth Having Handy
- Your event date (or a couple of candidates if you're still deciding)
- The city, and the venue if you have one
- A rough guest count, even a range helps
- What you want out of it: a great party, branded content, lead capture, keepsakes, or all of the above
Don't have all of that yet? Send what you have. We quote events at every stage of planning.
Prefer to Talk First?
Call or text 1-800-785-0260 and tell us what you're planning, or email [email protected]. You'll be talking to the people who will actually be at your event.
Common Questions Before Booking
A real person from our team reviews your event details and responds with availability for your date, a recommended configuration for your guest count and venue, and a custom quote. If it is faster to talk it through, call or text 1-800-785-0260.
The essentials are your event date, the city or venue, a rough guest count, and the kind of event it is. If you know which experiences interest you (flipbooks, 360 booth, green screen, roaming photography), mention that too, but it is fine if you do not. Recommending the right mix is our job.
Every event is custom quoted based on the experiences you choose, your guest count, the event duration, and the production involved (custom design, staffing, and stations). Travel is included in the quote with no separate line items. Tell us about your event and we will put together a proposal with everything spelled out.
Popular dates book 2 to 3 months in advance, and Q4 holiday dates and May-June school season go earliest. That said, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines, so it never hurts to ask about your date.
