A flipbook is a small bound book of sequential images that creates the illusion of animation when you flip through the pages. At your event, guests step in front of our camera and film a 7-second clip. Our system captures 60 frames, prints them, and binds them into a custom-covered flipbook in about 90 seconds. Guests walk away with a physical keepsake they can flip through again and again.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons (holiday parties in Q4, proms and grad nights in spring, and wedding season from May through October). Popular dates can book up months in advance. That said, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, so it never hurts to ask.

Yes! We travel nationwide and internationally. Our primary markets are San Francisco/Bay Area and Los Angeles, but we regularly produce events across the country. Travel is included in every quote, no separate line items. Just tell us where your event is and we'll include everything in your quote.

It depends on the experience. Optimal is about 14x14 feet for a flipbook station, about 10x10 feet for a green screen video or photo studio, and about 14x14 feet for a 360 photo booth. Those are the sizes that run most comfortably, not hard minimums. We make smaller and unusual spaces work regularly, so send us the venue or a floor plan and we will tell you exactly what fits before you book. We bring everything we need, including lighting, backdrops, and equipment.

Absolutely. Every experience can be fully branded with your logo, colors, event theme, or campaign messaging. Flipbook covers, green screen backgrounds, video overlays, photo templates, and digital delivery messages can all be customized. We handle the design work as part of your package.

Each station produces up to 70 flipbooks per hour, or up to 120 with a parallel cutting station. Green screen photo and video stations can handle similar volumes. For large events (500+ guests), we run multiple stations simultaneously to keep lines short and energy high. We'll recommend the right number of stations based on your guest count and event duration.

Yes. For flipbooks, guests receive their video clip digitally via text message so they can share it on social media. Green screen photos and videos are delivered digitally as well. SpotMyPhotos delivers every photo privately and automatically to each guest. Physical prints and flipbooks are always produced on-site too.

Every package includes the equipment, a professional on-site attendant, complete setup and breakdown, custom design/branding, and all materials (paper, flipbook covers, etc.). There are no hidden fees. Upgrades and add-ons are available, and we offer discounts when you bundle multiple experiences for the same event.

We need access to standard electrical outlets (110v). For digital delivery we connect to venue Wi-Fi as our first choice, since it is usually the best option. We carry cellular hotspots as backup, and for venues where connectivity is a known problem we can arrange a dedicated data option. Just tell us the venue and we will confirm the plan before the event. For outdoor events, we can work with generator power if needed (just let us know in advance).

Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and can provide certificates of insurance (COI) for your venue. We comply with all local business licensing requirements.

Yes, and most of our clients do. A popular combination is flipbooks at the entrance, a green screen video station in the main space, and a SpotMyPhotos roaming photographer covering the rest of the floor. We offer bundle discounts when you book multiple experiences for the same event.
