Questions
Saturdays are our big day, and there is weekday work too. How many shifts you get depends on your availability and how quickly you pick things up. Our team is growing, and spring school season and the holidays are the busiest stretches.
No. We train you, and the training is paid. What we look for is energy, reliability and a love of people. Camera, print and production skills come from doing it.
A car helps a lot, because venues are spread across Sacramento and Northern California. If you do not have reliable transportation, say so on the application and we will talk about what is workable.
Mostly around Sacramento and Northern California, with occasional trips to Los Angeles. LA events pay a higher hourly rate with a guaranteed shift minimum.
Holiday party season is our busiest time, especially the first two weeks of December. Thanksgiving week is usually quiet.
Clean, neat and comfortable, with closed-toe shoes you can stand in for hours. We send the specifics before every shift, because some events call for all black or a theme.
