Here's How Green Screen Photos Work
Our team arrives with a complete professional green screen studio...camera, lighting, backdrop, and everything needed to produce stunning photos on-site. Guests choose from a curated selection of custom backgrounds (we recommend up to six per event to keep choices fun, not overwhelming), grab props if they want them, and step into the frame. The composite happens in real time: the background replaces the studio backdrop instantly, and guests see themselves inside the scene before the photo is even printed.
Photos are delivered immediately in whatever format works best — 4x6 prints, custom-sized branded prints, digital delivery via text or email, or direct social sharing on the spot. Single-photo and multi-photo layout templates are both available, and every template is custom-designed to match your event's branding or aesthetic.

How many backgrounds can be offered for guest selection?
We have thousands of backgrounds and update our library continuously — branded environments, fantasy scenes, landmark locations, seasonal themes, and fully custom builds designed specifically for your event. For the best guest experience, we recommend offering up to six selections at any given event: enough variety to keep things interesting, focused enough that guests aren't overwhelmed with choices. If you have a specific scene or branded environment in mind, we can build it.
Where do you serve?
We're based in California with studios in Northern California and Southern California — no travel charges for events anywhere between San Francisco and Los Angeles. We produce events across the United States and internationally, keeping your activation consistent whether it's one city or a full national tour. Wherever your event is, we'll be there.
How many prints can be printed & sent per hour? As many as you want!
A single green screen studio with one printer produces up to 230 branded prints per hour. Add a second printer and that number climbs to over 400 per hour — enough to keep up with the busiest trade show floors and largest event footprints. For very high-volume events, we can deploy multiple complete studios in tandem. Tell us your guest count and event duration and we'll recommend the right configuration.
Can the photos be branded? Of course!
Completely. Every photo template is custom-designed for your event — your logo, your campaign visuals, your color palette, your messaging. The branded overlay appears on every print and every digital delivery, so every guest who shares their photo is sharing your brand with it. We handle the design; you approve before the event. Nothing goes to print that isn't exactly right.
